Eric Faulkner
After nearly five years practicing Civil Litigation around the country, Eric joined the Marks Law Firm in September 2010. He grew up in the Orlando area and graduated from UCF with a B.A. in History before receiving a Board of Trustees’ Scholarship to attend law school at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. During law school Eric was an associate editor of the Akron Law Review and excelled as a member of the school’s mock trial program, successfully competing in multiple national competitions and receiving best advocate honors at two competitions. Eric graduated from Akron cum laude in May 2006.
Eric is licensed in Florida, Colorado, and Ohio and since graduating law school he has provided civil litigation support and trial counsel to professionals and families in each of those states. He believes in a people-first approach to law practice and works hard to provide not only quality legal representation but appropriate personal counsel as well. Eric enjoys working with young people to develop their leadership skills and pursue their dreams. To that end he teaches youth leadership training at his local church, with a focus on building healthy families and serving the community. He also has donated his time to area law schools by coaching mock trial at his alma mater as well as the University of Colorado and the FAMU law school in Orlando.
